Hyungsik Lim, PhD

Hyungsik Lim is an Assistant Professor of Physics at Hunter College of the City University of New York. He got his Ph.D. from Cornell University and received post-doctoral training in Harvard Medical School and Cornell University before joining Hunter in 2009. Dr. Lim’s research interest is the development of novel methods for visualizing the nervous systems, including the retina, and the biophysics of human diseases. Over the past years, Dr. Lim and his colleagues have had numerous innovations in nonlinear optical microscopy and optical coherence tomography.
