Colleen McDowell, PhD

Colleen McDowell is a research assistant professor in the Department of Cell Biology and Immunology at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She received her PhD in physiology and biophysics at the University of Iowa under the mentorship of Michael G. Anderson, PhD. She completed her postdoctoral training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center with Abbot Clark, PhD. Dr. McDowell’s research focuses on mouse models of glaucoma and the regulation of intraocular pressure.
